Conversion of historic tobacco warehouse into family housing expected for occupancy in April 2008.
Lynn Street Lofts will feature hardwood floors, high ceilings and exposed brick and ductwork meant to preserve the building’s historic character. There will be new kitchen appliances, including dishwasher and garbage disposer, as well as electric heat pumps and air conditioning. Each unit will come pre-wired for cable and Internet access.
