DeWayne H. Anderson, a trained architect and urban planner with more than 40 years of experience, created The Landmark Group in 1993 and as Landmark’s guiding force, he has assembled a team of experts in construction, finance and operations who share his vision of smart growth as a key to community well-being in the 21st century. Richard Angino joined the team in 2010 and adds his 20 plus year history in affordable housing to Landmark’s extensive tool box. Landmark has developed and currently manages over 70 properties in its primary southeastern region. The Landmark Group believes that each person’s well-being is linked to the environment and to the well-being of all other people and groups who live in that community.
